I was asked to do an interview about how our adoption has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. I am by far not the greatest public speaker, but I hope this helps some of the families out there waiting to know they are not alone, and we are all in this together. My prayer is that someday soon we will all be united with our children.
I am a wife to my wonderful husband and the mama to two beautiful girls adopted from China. We are striving for a simple life. We want to be able to provide ourselves with most of the items we need to survive; only buying things when absolutely necessary. We now strive to provide a portion of our family's food through organic gardening. I cook from scratch, live a fairly frugal lifestyle, and make my own non-toxic cleaning products.
